Pass Tha Ball Refund Policy

At Pass Tha Ball ("PTB"), we are committed to delivering high-quality livestream experiences for our community. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing access to any livestreamed content on www.passthaball.com.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our livestream events, all purchases are considered final. Once a livestream access pass is purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued unless otherwise explicitly stated below.
2. Exceptions for Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the livestream, please contact us at contact@passthaballlive.com within 24 hours of the event. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

PTB experiences a complete livestream failure (i.e., no stream is delivered or a full outage occurs).

The issue is confirmed to be on our end and not the result of your internet, device, or user error.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

Missed events or inability to attend at the scheduled time.

User-side internet or device issues.

Dissatisfaction with camera angles, commentary, or content subjectivity.
4. Event Cancellations or Rescheduling
If an event is canceled or rescheduled, PTB will either:

Provide access to the rescheduled livestream, or

Offer a credit or refund at PTB’s discretion.
5. Fraudulent Disputes
Users who attempt to circumvent this policy by filing unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may be banned from future PTB services and reported to the appropriate payment provider.
