New faces and more unseen talent came through the high school session at Super 60 Columbus. A smaller group means more playing time. NSR Evaluations:
Anna Hunt, 5-9, guard 2021, WV Thunder– Very nice assist game, makes good passes, gets the ball to the open teammate. Will attack the basket when its open, can finish attack the rim. Pushes the tempo, and played well. Would like to see more of her shooting game.
Saige Glover, 5-11, forward, 2020, All Ohio– Good size, versatile, can put it on the floor, attacks the basket, runs the floor, good court vision, makes good passes, active on both ends of the floor. Played very well, a player to be on the lookout for.
Jessica Nation, 5-11, forward, 2020, Dayton Hoopstars– Shoots the ball well from outside, active on the boards, uses her size to her advantage, runs the floor well, good hands, attacks the basket, finishes well around the perimeter.
Allysyn Becki, 5-8, point guard, 2021, Indiana Elite– Active player on both ends of the floor, makes plays, handles the ball very well, good court vision, and hustles. She grabbed several steals, active on the boards, pushes the tempo, nice mid-range/outside shot. She can score! A must see player this summer.
Kailyn Graham, 5-8, guard, 2019, Indiana Showcase– A nice shooter, good form, can knock it down consistently from mid-range and outside.
Ashley Tudor, 5-10, guard, 2021, All Ohio– Good size player, physical, active on the boards, can put it on the floor and push the tempo. Runs the floor, good length to block shots, good footwork down low, finishes well around the basket. A player to monitor!
Bonnie Lew Ludlow, 5-7, guard, 2021, Indiana Showcase– Handles the ball, nice footwork, uses her moves well, runs the floor, can finish at the basket, and gets back on defense.
Kourtney Ash, 6-3, center, 2020, Indiana Showcase– Very good size player, strong, good hands, displayed a nice shot around the basket. Needs to continue to get stronger and work on footwork down low, but played well.
Brooklynn Hall, 5-7, guard, 2020, OEB Purple– She shoots the ball well from outside, knocked down multiple 3 point baskets, can put the ball on the floor and get to the basket, handles the ball well, good court vision, and makes good passes. Needs to continue to get stronger but played very well.
Malia Magestro, 5-9, point guard, 2020, WV Thunder– All around hustle player that makes plays, active on both ends of the floor. She pushed the tempo, made good passes, attacked the basket, can shoot it from outside/mid-range, gets steals, and rebounds. A must see player this summer.
Cici Riggins, 5-10, guard, 2019, Cin FInest– Has good size and athleticism, runs the floor, attacks the basket and finishes around the rim. Active on defense as well, gets steals, grabs rebounds, and hustles. Played very well.
Mariah Edmonds, 5-7, point guard, 2021, B-Wright– An assist first point guard, good court vision, handles the ball well, moves well without the ball to get open, nice mid-range shot, plays with confidence. A player to watch this summer.
Trinity Gooden, 5-11, guard, 2021, Proskills– Strong size guard, puts it on the floor and pushes the tempo, active on the boards, gets back on defense, good mid-range game, attacks the basket and can finish at the rim. A player to put on your radar.
Cortney Gardner, 5-6, guard, 2021, FBC– Flashy player, nice moves and handles, nice pull up game, can shot from outside as well. Good court vision with a nice assist game, can get to the basket and finish. A player to watch.
Destinee Marshall, 5-6, point guard, 2020, KY Premier– Quick, athletic, player that pushes the tempo. Uses her speed to blow by players, nice handles, can shoot from outside, and finishes at the rim. Plays both ends of the floor and hustles. A must see player this summer.
Amelia Osgood, 5-9, guard, 2021, B-Wright– A scorer that can shoot from outside and get to the basket, very crafty player, nice handles, good court vision, creates for herself and her teammates. A must see player in the summer.
Skylar Vann, 6-0, forward, 2020, CyFair– Good size player, runs the floor, finishes around the basket, active on the boards, can step out to shoot the outside shot, can penetrate the lanes, and get to the basket, versatile game. Played very well, a player to watch.
Carizma Nelson, 5-5, guard, 2020, OK Bombers– Handles the ball well, very nice assist game, good court vision, quick, and pushes the tempo. Plays hard and hustles on both ends of the floor. Would like to see more mid-range/shooting game.
Malea Bess, 5-6, guard, 2021, All Ohio– Good court vision, made some good passes, can even step out to shoot the outside shot, pushes the tempo, played well. Needs to continue to get stronger and show the mid-range jumper as well.
Jaya McClure, 5-4, point guard, 2022, Lady Gym Rats– Crafty point guard, nice handles, can shoot off the dribble, get to the rack, and finish with contact. See’s the floor, good court vision, and makes good passes. A player to put on your radar.
Raevyn Ferguson, 5-6, point guard, 2019, Team Missouri– Vocal leader, pushes the tempo, sets the offense up, moves without the ball, shoots from outside, and attacks the basket. Very good court vision, gets her teammates involved.
Myrah Gordon, 5-10, guard, 2020, DFW Elite– Strong and physical player, finishes well around the basket, nice mid-range shot, active on the boards, has nice footwork down low, can put it on the floor and attack the basket. Nice court vision as well, makes good passes.
Na’Tyah Postell, 5-7, guard, 2020, NJ Sparks– Nice outside shot, runs the floor, good court vision, handles the ball well, can finish on the fast break, hustles, and plays both ends.
Jordyn White, 5-8, forward, 2019, Team Missouri– Extremely athletic, fast, will pick up full court defense and lock up, hustles for loose balls, gets rebounds, can get to the rack and finish. A player to watch in the summer.
