Iowa vs Indiana never disappoints!

The Indiana vs Iowa match up is a new rivalry that hasn't disappointed us this season.

The Carver-Hawkeye Arena was filled to the brim as two of the top teams in the Big Ten, the No. 6 Iowa Hawkeyes and No. 2 Indiana, faced off in an exhilarating battle. Despite Indiana having already clinched the Big Ten regular season title, both teams fought fiercely as if it was a Final Four game.

With the score tied at 85-85 and less than two seconds remaining on the clock, Indiana's Mackenzie Holmes drew a foul on Iowa's Monika Czinano. She sunk both free throws, giving her team a slim lead. The pressure was on for the Hawkeyes, who called a timeout to plan their next move.

Everyone knew who was going to get the ball - Caitlin Clark, the Hawkeyes' star player. But the Hoosiers were unable to stop her as she launched a three-pointer at the buzzer. As the ball left her fingertips, Clark exuded confidence, and it sailed through the hoop, securing an 86-85 victory for Iowa. The crowd erupted into cheers as the Hawkeyes celebrated their hard-fought win over a worthy opponent.

The sold-out Carver-Hawkeye Arena was alive with excitement as the Iowa Hawkeyes achieved a historic win in women's basketball. It was the fifth sellout crowd in school history, and the Hawkeyes did not disappoint.

Head coach Lisa Bluder led her team to victory, securing their 15th Big Ten regular season win - a first for Bluder since joining the program in 2000. The Hawkeyes finished the regular season with an impressive 23-6 overall record and a 15-3 record in conference play.

The players celebrated their hard-earned win in front of the roaring crowd, proud of their performance against one of the best teams in the Big Ten. It was a moment to remember for Iowa basketball, and one that would go down in the history books.

Indiana had contribution from Mackenzie Holmes who finished with with 21 points, Sydney Parrish 18, Chloe Moore-McNeil 18, Grace Berger 16. Yarden Garzon has 7 points and 14 rebounds.

Iowa was led by Clark with 34 points, 9 rebounds and 9 assists, Kate Martin has 19 and Monika Czinano 13 and 9 rebounds.

Indiana will still have the No. 1 seed in the Big Ten tournament in Minneapolis.
